Picture Day- Volunteer

Volunteers Needed: 6

Date: Wednesday 8/12

2hr Time slots available: 8am-12pm

Volunteers will help organize students and keep lines moving efficiently while photos are ebbing taken.

Apex Fun Run- Volunteer

Volunteers needed: 45

Date: Thursday 8/27

1 hr Time slots available: 8:30am-11:40am

Parent volunteers help cheer on students by staffing course markers and water stations during the Fun Run.

Apex Fun Run- Water Donation

24pk Water needed: 30 Cases

Help us keep the kiddos hydrated during the Fun Run. Please turn in your donations to the front office no later than Wednesday 8/26

Harvest Midway- Volunteer

Volunteers Needed: 50

1hr time slots available: 4pm-9pm

Volunteer to set up, break down, run a carnival game or another station during the Harvest Midway! This event will not be possible without parent volunteers!

Fundraising Committee

Join the Fundraising Committee if you want to offer help to our Fundraising Coordinator throughout the year.  You'll be included in Committee-planned meetings, where your ideas contribute to the event design, goals and execution.  

How you'll help:

Read-A-Thon, Fall Midway Carnival, Winterfest Holiday Spectaular, Spring Derby

Family Fun Committee

Join the Family Fun Committee if you want to offer help in planning and executing a variety of free, school-wide activities throughout the year.   You'll be included in Committee-planned meetings, where your ideas contribute to event design, goals, promotion and execution.   This committee will be run by our Co-Family Fun Coordinators.

Volunteer Committee

Not a planner?  

Not a problem.... Join our Volunteer Committee and be the first resource of support for club events and needs.  

How you'll help:

Setup/tear down at events.  Man tables, booths, or stations at events. Support club busywork like flyer/mailbox drops.  Take a shift for the monthly Teach Treat Trolly, 

Help however little or much as you can in this committee!

Historian

Maintain copies of all information material produced by the association + committees. Maintain a binder, paper file and/or digital file of recent federal and state regulations and laws pertaining to 501(c)(3)s. Maintain club's digital records by way of the RNPC Shared Drive.

Publicity Coordinator

Creates and shares notices regarding association events, after approval of the principal and president.  Club related print media, sign publicizing and branding on campus, online or in the community.  Maintain and update website and social media sites. Support communication needs of all board positions.   Quarterly newsletter or club announcement content.

After-School Program Coordinator

Review vendor partnerships for afterschool programs each year and propose plans to the board for enhancements or changes to the program.  Design, staff and implement clubs or sanctioned school activities.

Spirit Wear Coordinator

Keep Spirit Wear inventory. Fill spirit wear orders. Manage sales and order history in a digital file in Shared Drive. Source and present competitive bids for new or changed products. Sell spirit wear at school events.Maintain RNPC Spirit Wear Store (on website + Square).  Design annual and seasonal spirit wear. 

DEIB Coordinator

Lead monthly DEIB celebrations/workshops/activities to align with our school cultural curriculum. Propose annual events calendar. Provide ideas and feedback to ensure our association actions are aligned with the district equity plan.
